Hey, I’m Nicole.

I am here to support women in feeling deeply nourished, empowered and understood in their pre-conception, pregnancy, birth and post partum experience.
I am a Women’s health Acupuncturist, Coach and Doula (in training).
By bringing this all together, I truly am so passionate about a women’s journey from maiden to mother and I believe that this is one of the most important transitions in a woman’s life.
I want women to trust themselves and their body by cultivating more connection and understanding of their own experience and how special is truly is.
